Shipping

Fashion Queenzz aims to have all orders packaged and shipped within 2 working days of ordering. However please allow at least 4 working days as a maximum timescale.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, no orders will be shipped over the weekend.

Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

1st class postage - 1/2 working days

2nd class postage - 2/3 working days

Fashion Queenzz accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of our control. Delivery will be to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout.

As these services are tracked we can see exactly where your parcel has been delivered to and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery. Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are at the consignees' request and Fashion Queenzz are not liable if they do go missing.

Refund Policy

All customers have 14 days to from the date of delivery to complete any returns needed. Fashion Queenzz does not cover the cost of returns postage at this time.

All orders and provided with a return sheet. We kindly as all customers to fill it in correctly before returning the order.

What information do I need to provide?

When contacting us regarding an order please ensure you include your name, order number and email address. This will allow us to respond to any questions you have as quickly as possible.
